
It is time to come back to 3FC. I just can't shake my original setpoint and while I am still quite a way off my highest weight, I've been at "162 +0/-5" for several years now. As in, normal life and activity results in a stable 162 that I don't like, so I go through phases of deciding to do something about it and lose about five before my attention wanders and ... back to 162. I did a dry January challenge, which should have saved thousands of calories. No change.
So ... a lot of non-value-added food has been tossed, and LoseIt was re-upped to Premium, and I have been going to bed earlier in order to get prepared to exercise in the morning.
And as always, the other key is community.
