    Those are my sentiments too. What a disaster this month has been. About 4.6 lb lost totally.
    I don't even have a good starting weight to use for April. Well I'll be back in May. Good luck everyone.

    So I missed my goal by 1.75 lbs. I saw goal at one point during the month but that went away after starting heavy lifting and then got further away after a 4 day binge eating fest. Sigh. But I got back on track before I quit and was able to undo some of the damage. But 10.25 lbs this month isn't bad at all considering!!

Today is a new day, I have my health lunch made for work, my have my dinner planned out and I have my FitBook so I can track everything!
