
This is going to be more about me bringing an hour of wellness into my day. That's all that I can say right now. Tomorrow's hour is a Pilates class. Sunday will most likely be a gym visit.

So far for the entire month I have been averaging exercise 5-6 days a week and have only gone over on calories twice. Something has got to give with this dreaded scale soon...
