I hope everybody is having a good day so far!! I'm having a great one!! Beautiful day outside, good lectures today, being OP all day so far, and I lost another 1.5 pounds today!!!! whoooo!!!! I know it's probably water weight because of a month of being out of control and then being strict again, but it still makes me happy to see that scale drop!!!! I am also really pumped because I feel like i'm starting to get my life figured out, I won't be graduating the time I thought but it will be pushed back because I am hoping on studying for a semester in Venezuela!!! this will help me complete my spanish minor in one semester and then I will be done!! It will cost the exact same even less than attending class regularly here at the U of M and I will get a huge life experience. Also in September of 2011 I will be traveling around Europe for 2 months with one of my good friends, kind of like a late graduation gift to myself! I am going to start saving now for that trip and it gives me even more motivation to get healthy! I want to be the hot blonde American over in Europe, not the fat one!!! Here's to all of us being the hot ones, not the fat ones!!!!! (cuz you know we're all just hotties in fat suits!!!!!)

Farn00a57: for that 1.5 and with your plans. My family lived in Venezuela for 6 years, and I traveled there a few times during the 80s and 90s. It was a very nice country and I’m sure that it is still beautiful although it has changed a lot. Spanish is my native language; I was a literature and edition student for 3 years before I came to US. If you need help with anything for your Spanish classes you can send me a message and I will be happy to help you.

Hello all, Thank you so much, I have nobody to talk to about this stuff, it really helps. I had 1230 cal today, I'm getting my appetite back. Things w/ my husband are getting a little better, he's trying real hard. I want to see how long it will last. I'm down to 106.7 as of this morning, I wonder if i can make it to 105 for the challenge.

We have one week (7 days) to go and I didn't think I would make it but I'm pretty close right now. I feel like it's doable. I need to loose at least an inch in my hips, thighs and belly and the 18 will be mine....AAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL MINE!!!

We are going to be some happy people on next Friday!!! Let's have a party!! I think since so many will or have reached goal we should celebrate. We can get on line at the same time with your favorite snack and be excited for each other!!! Anyone in??

Farn - On the loss. Glad to hear your plans for school and that you aren't disappointed about have to postpone graduation. Studying in another country is so much fun!!
Susie - I will try on the pants and take a picture. If I need to have an after they fit picture then I will post them. I'm really excited. I was telling my husband you were sending them and he said I was acting like I was getting something from one of my sisters. I told him it may as well be.
Aluxa - You are doing great in this challenge. You made your goal and set another one. I should have done that last challenge. Maybe next one.

My challenge was to work out 3x a week. I had a slow start, but finally did 3 work outs this week. Going to get 2 more in this weekend and keep it going next week to finish strong.

Jigglefree: thanks for your encouragement. Last month I was sure that the goal that I had set for March was impossible but on the last day of the month I was at that goal. That taught me that the most important thing is to keep trying, if we achieve our goal that is a plus. I’m not sure if I will be able to be at 165 by the end of the month, but the idea will force me to stay on track and I will be closer to my final goal no matter if I become 165 or not. Thanks for being so positive and share your energy with us!!!

susieyarb: thanks again, all your support means so much to me. Yes my dad is flying in for my graduation. Since my sister and I have ours the same day...he's going to mine and my mom's going to my sisters. then we will had to my sister's night one. It's even more pressure just my dad taking time off and flying just for me, he's an Electrical Engineer too so it's means so much to see me get this. I just want to make him and my family proud...and I will me so proud of myself.

So weight is still going down, though I didn't take anything last night. I'm what you'd call..."cleaned out!" Again I made sure I ate enough last night, drank 10 glasses of water throughout the day, got my veggies and fruit in and even decided to enjoy peanut butter m&m's for a snack during class. We will see. I'm so close to my ULTIMATE GOAL, on 1.4lbs away, but I don't want to push it. I have enough stress and need to be healthy. I would be happy just to see that number and if I never go back to that...so be it! I've have a big agenda this weekend, today I want to get through my Communication Theory class for studying(that's the class I'm worried about), tomorrow is ethics and my tech comm., then Sunday...communication and so on. I have 4 finals next week, 2 on Wednesday and 2 on Thursday. then May 4th my proff decided to have our final for my MEM's class...I could give two hoots about that class...I will get an A. Oh and one a huge positive note:

So apparently 5min before I walked into class my Comm. Theory Proff said he won't fail anyone unless they diserve it..he said he's only ever failed 3 people and that's because they never showed up to class. Well, I may have done poorly on the first exam, but improved greatly on the second and he said he noticed that and takes that into consideration in the final grade, and i've showed up to all the classes, includeing pop attendance quizes, and have gotten all A's on my homework. He said he sees that sooo....I'm still taking it with a grain of salt but give me more hope and i'll just do my best for studying for my final. But still great news to hear. Gosh i feel like i'm bout to lose my mind! lol

Well thanks for listening everyone and seriously seeing all of you give me that support puts me in tears! It really means alot to me, I can't thank you all enough! I hope you all have a wonderful day and I'm going to STUDY STUDY STUDY!

I am still super sleepy~ I gotta get use to these meds~they are working better for me it seems but I am so tired I bearly can function~maybe thats what i need though~To slow down~Cause the anxiety makes my mind race. & so far within 3 days(this being the 3rd) I have had 1 panic attack And normally I have about 12 or more in that time frame.....and it didn't last very long.So that is a super plus!

well, the calories snuck up on me.... I was fine the day after my food thing, but after that they went WHAM! so I'm up a couple lbs. I just pulled 1 hour on my bike, and I'll try to keep doing 1 hr most days and we'll see.

That and my 3/4 soup diet...seems to help, if only I could stick with it.

WI today...only down exactly 1lbs...but I guess it's better than a gain...I was really hoping last week was an "up day" weighin, but doesn't look that way...unless today was also an "up day"!?!?!?!?! hahahaha This is the only downfall of weighing only once a week...bc I know my body's natural fluctuation is totally crazy up & down ALL THE TIME...but oh well, I get to change my ticker AND I'm only 0.2 from goal!!

Update on WO dvds...Still don't have 30ds...usps.com says it left Dallas, TX last night at 8...so who knows when I'm gettin it...it's weird it was shipped from FL and had to go all the way over to TX! but anyways, I also added TBL Workout Cardio Max and Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home 3mil Power Walk to my Netflix and they came yesterday...well, let me tell you I"m VERY disappointed with the TBL WO...I stuck it in yesterday at work just to check out what it was like...I didnt like the camera angles & how Bob was always walking up to the camera...then the contestants were all out of sync and it was very frustrating...bob only did the 1st rep of each move then started moving all over the place! Jillian's section was a little better coordinated, but I still decided to send it back before even trying it out! BUUUT, the WAH looks good and I'm gonna do it today...I had a WATP video with 5 diff. WOs on it, but they weren't long enough for me to feel like I was workin up a sweat even when I combined 2...but this WAH 3mi has a few diff. moves & looks like more weights...I'm gonna try it then send it back and possibly buy the 5mile version...

well like Jiggle said...ONLY 7 MORE DAYS!!!! WE GOT THIS!!!! AND as for celebrating online, I'm up for it but I'll be at work, so I might not be available to sign on line!! but pick a time & i'll see what i can do!!!

Sorry I haven't been around again I had a horrible time at the doctor's office today... at my dietitian's yesterday I weighed in at 108 lbs., but it seemed today I weighed 112 at the doctor's office? I don't think I gained 4 pounds in one day. Maybe it was the fact that I was wearing shoes today? I hate when that happens!

Exercising with work and babysitting my nieces and nephew has been extremely difficult. I'll be lucky if I get 4 days of exercise this week. That's so unusual. Back before I had this job, I was working out every single day. Now I feel so lazy, but the truth is... there's just not enough hours in the day! I wake up around 4:30 to leave for work at 5:40 a.m. and then I'm there until 12 noon and come home to instant babysitting, which usually lasts until 8 p.m. I'm tired by that time. Wouldn't you be?

Susie - The pants arrived today!!! I took the baby out the car and tried on the pants at the front door!! I got in them and was able to zip and button them. The are tight but I GOT IN THEM and SAT DOWN!!! I could still breath too!!

PARTY PARTY PARTY!!!!!! I have that muffin top I wanted at the end of goal. I wouldn't go anywhere in them yet the muffin is bigger than it needs to be for my taste. Maybe by next week I will have less of a muffin. I realized they are short. Usually when I try on short or petite sizes they don't allow room for my hips. I will wear them on my daughter's birthday because I will push to get them babies to fit without a muffin top.

KDM - Enjoy the workouts now that aren't really hard on you because they are preparing you for the 30 Day Shred. You will love the workout you get because if you stick with it you will love the results.
Lori - How are you feeling? I hope your body adjusts to the meds soon. I used to take benedryl and it had me so sleepy I quit taking it. I need to function.
Night - You'll get the pounds off soon not to worry!!
Susie - YOU ROCK!! You are dropping those pounds like hot potatoes. I'm so proud and encouraged by your progress!!
MissPriss - I'm sorry that the job didn't work out. My mom used to tell me when something didn't work out like I wanted, "God has something better for you" and it never failed to be the truth. So keep your head up!!
