Jay - no weight on vacation is just great! If this is a bit of a trend, I'm pleased as I'm going away next week (DB's half-term holiday). I'll follow my own rules, get in exercise and stretching and all will be well.
Midwife - you are below your redline?? Fantastic.

Step away from buckets of Hallowe'en candy. (Having not been brought up on them, they sound quite disgusting. Um, you're a health professional, aren't you??)
Lori Bell - that is a great idea about not weighing yourself. Just edge into a lower weight.
Jessica - good going on the calorie count. You and me and
Megan are going to lose 5lbs by Thanksgiving, aren't we all??
Megan - please don't slink away. You welcomed me to this thread so nicely, and invited me to join you and Jessica. It's just a phase; it will pass. Just wondering, does your job have any progression built into it or is it more of the same for ever and ever? I like hearing about your work because it's so near and yet so far. Some of your water ends up here (NW Wales), we are rural too and there are quite a few marine scientists knocking around.
Kittycat - enough mindless. Engage brain before opening mouth!
Iris - Let's reframe it: pnb contains healthy fats. AND - you knew how to pick the correct lunch box without looking inside it? That is impressive.
Yoyoma - I tried valerian years ago. It had a terrible smell, I seem to remember. I sleep well now. Looking back, I think poor sleep was to do with caffeine after late morning, alcohol and (probably) too much food too late. But I was younger then and finding things out.
Amanda - sending sympathy on loads of meetings.
Shannon - how are you feeling? Very smart home gymn, btw.
I am still painting windows and getting a bit fed up with it. In between times, I am networking! OT, any comments about LinkedIn? I'm not sure how useful it is but that could be because it's only just building critical mass in the UK. Do let me know (PM if you like).
Stay on track, everyone!
Let's be POP!
