Hi guys! I've been weighing in between 159.9-160.9 for over a month now, as I totally quit exercising and was just able to maintain. Last Friday morning I saw 158.6 and tonight I saw 160.6. I also discovered my scale might be weighing me about a pound more than I actually do because of the surface it's on, but it's not enough to really count that. ;-)
I'm posting here to give myself extra motivation to lose those pesky ounces and JOIN THIS THREAD! :-) I started exercising again and have a goal of being here for GOOD a week from today!

I have been in the 160's for SO LONG I never, ever want to see the scale go up over 159 again. Thank you for the encouragement girls!! When I saw both of you leaving the 160's thread I was like NOOOO, I mean, I'm very happy for them, but noooo don't leave without me! :-)
