RPM My snacks are, Hard boiled eggs, Dill Pickles, Pepperoncini, Spanish Olives (Green), Cheddar cheese and my favorite snack is Radishes with salt. I carefully read the labels on the Dill Pickles, Pepperoncini and Spanish Olives to make sure they have no natural or artificial sweeteners. I have to be careful with cheese because the calories add up quick. I found that I lose best if I keep my calories at or below 1400. My main emphasis is tracking Carbs, Fat and Protein but I can't forget calories. I make sure to track ALL my snacks in MFP as well as my meals. The thought "Oh this little bit won't hurt" always bites me in the butt.Originally Posted by rpm3060
