  • Thanks for the get well wishes, Mimi. Today is better. Finally! I'll be hoping for a healthy start to the New Year.

I know my coach has been telling me that I'm down in inches, but yesterday I had a big "ah hah!" moment. I put on a pair of jeans and a belt. The belt normally buckled in the first hole. As I was pulling the belt through the buckle, I realized that it closed comfortably on the 4th hole! On that belt, that's about a 5" difference! Wow!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Tuesday.
  • Happy New Year! I hope that 2015 bring you all joy, excellent health, wonderful adventures and great news on all of your scales!

    Cheers!
  • I second Hmm123's wishes for all us Novemberites -- Happy New Year and Go Team!
  • Hi everyone - joined IP in November but haven't posted much and have been reading this thread since then. I thought it was time to "introduce" myself and be more active and maybe more accountable since I've always heard the "buddy" system works toward reaching our goals. Happy New Year!
  • Happy new year everyone, hope we can all reach our goals in the new year!

WI on Wed and lost only 1 lb comparing to 3 lb the week before, I hope it was because I didn't get much sleep and drink enough water on the trip since I didn't cheat. Will see what happens next week.
  • Help with Phase 1 chart
Hi all! In 2014 Ideal Protein changed some products and introduced new products. I was wondering if someone could post the newest Ideal Protein Phase 1 chart that shows what you are supposed to eat during the day, and what products are restricted and also let me know where to find it? I am new to this forum and have now spent two hours looking for a recent chart with no luck. Most are from a few years back. If there is a link to the most recent charts and guides for Phases 1-4, I'd love to know where those are. Thanks in advance.
  • Rocketgirl ... I attempted to attach the Phase 1 sheet from November

    HOPE IT WORKS

  • OMGosh, thanks so much to you both! This will help tons. :-)
  • Hi guys!!! I haven't been here in a little while, but I couldn't stay away. I hope everyone is doing great and enjoyed the holidays. All's good here, had some "bad" foods over Christmas but was not out of control (first time ever). I still managed to lose 1.8 pounds over two weeks, so I am happy. Can't wait to catch up in my reading here
  • Happy New Year, everyone! We made it through the holidays! Now we get to coast through gym ad season guilt free
  • Hey all! Happy New Year!
I decided I needed a visual reminder of what I need to lose. I stopped at the local Dollar Store (no need to waste $) and bought a pretty clear glass dish and a bag of big marbles. 41 marbles in the dish. As I lose lbs, I'll take out the corresponding number of marbles so I can visually see the loss. Plus it looks pretty on the kitchen table. sometimes it's the simple things to keep on track.
    Have a great weekend!
  • What a neat idea, etherbunny! Doing OK here. Holidays end and everyone returns to school/college/work after this weekend. Will be sad but easier to stay OP…. Cheers, all!

Sounds like an awesome idea ... I think I may do this as well!!
  • Hello my favourite ladies!!

Ether - I love that marble idea! I should do that.

itsmtimenow - good to see ya back. Stay around, we like lots of November starters!

Mimi - I hear ya on the regular schedule being easy to stick to it, I feel the same way.

    -------------------------

Well, I am SO happy to be back to work and back on my normal schedule. I loved having the time off but it's so much easier for me to be successful when I am doing my normal day to day stuff.

I did really well over Christmas week, lost two pounds. Then, the next week was totally off the rails. I am back on track today, totally regretting my choice but it's something I need to live with and MOVE ON!

So, here's to not much damage done and getting back on track.
