I had the BIGGEST craving for pizza last night as i was in bed! so today i was careful with what i ate during the day , so i could have 2 slices of pizza for dinner. and made sure i got in some exercise aswell.

0.8 lbs is nothing to worry about. you will lose it, its perfectly normal to fluctuate up and down.
and what Sunni said, is right! its just water retention.

It's so hard not knowing how much damage I've done (or good). Blah. Tonight, I'll be reunited with my scale and tomorrow I'll beat it for telling me I gained weight.

. We had singapore noodles and garlic&tomato chicken. Both of us were HUNGRY and we ate. We also had non-alcholic margaritas and while it was good, I knew it wasn't fat-free...
