I am going to stay on plan today because when I told my grandma I'd lost 24lbs, she acted like I was lying, & it made me feel like my efforts aren't paying off or showing. I want to be able to walk into a room and have her visibly see the difference, and not be able to dispute what hard work and perseverance has gotten me.

I will stay on plan today because when I got on the scale this morning the reality set in that, this is the thinnest I have been since I have been 18 years old.. and That is only SIX MORE POUNDS TILL ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to stay on plan today for the same reason I started it! I want to live a long and healthy life.

Plus, it doesn't hurt to look hot in a bathing suit again either!
