  • Wow, I thought I was jumping right into it this month, but I see a bunch of you already beat me to it and have this snowball rolling downhill at high speed! Yeah for us - off to a great start! I did my aerobics/ kickboxing class this morning, so 90 minutes for me...

    90 + 105 = Group Total of 195

  • This is also my first full month, so I will set my goal low and see how it goes. My goal for the month of November is 500 min.

    I didn't do any at home working out today, but I did walk for an hour by walking to the shops and then all the way over to PC World to look for a particular game for Daren. We went to BK as well and while everybody tucked into burger and chips I had NOTHING. Am I back on track big style or what

    Anyway........Personal Total : 60 of 1500
    ..................Group Total : 255 + 60 = 315
  • OK, my october goal was 500, but i did 857 instead. So this month Im gonna make a higher goal and I'll try to do 900.

    20min to start with + 315 = 335
  • Starting the month off strong with the 4mile WATP.

  • Setting my usual goal of 1200 mins for November. That is 40 mins a day, which I think is still fine for me. I often go over, but that allows for a day a week 'rest'.

    Yesterday I walked the LONG way to and from work, which is 25 mins each way. I also walked laps of the oval with the kids for 15mins.

    Personal Goal... 65/1200, so 1135mins to go for November

    Group Total... 395 + 65 = 460

    You are all rockin'! For those who didn't see it, we hit 20K for October, meaning we are ON TRACK for our goal of 200,000 minutes this year. NOT SHABBY, LADIES!!!!!


    I'm hoping to get on the treadmill tonight (first time in months) during LOST and get my time in that way, so I'll be back!
  • I'm setting my goal for this month at 330! I don't want to give myself a big goal, but this is small enough to try to get me started!!!!

    So I'm setting it right here, and right now!! 330 is my Novemeber Goal!!

  • Tonight I did 45 minutes on the elliptical.

    The group total is now 460 + 45 = 505
  • Here we go again! I am starting off by adding in 60 minutes

  • I took my break tonight and went for a 25 minute walk!!

  • 60 mins walk/jog in place while watching Biggest Loser!
