You are all my inspiration for exercise. This makes it bearable
When I get started on the treadmill and walk for a few days then I am motivated to keep going. I did walk outside for 30min last PM. This was my first attempt at any form of exercise for almost 3 months. I took 2 months off work to get on a health program of diet and exercise but didn't do anything.
