  • flavored coffee/teas really help my cravings! bigelow makes peppermint, french vanilla, raspberry and vanilla caramel and you just add a bit of coffee mate and a splenda and you have a sweet treat
  • I promise I am not a scale addict, I don't even HAVE one at home, but if I can make it to work without eating I like to weigh, and I have lost FIVE pounds this week already! Hooray for phase 1!! (Keep in mind that I have a lot more to lose than some of you!!!!)

    B: Eggbeaters with ham
    Snack: string cheese
    Lunch: Leftover dijon almond chicken, broccoli, and pinto beans
    Snack: string cheese
    Dinner: eating at the mall...so whatever looks good and P1!!
  • augh, I need to go grocery shopping AGAIN:

    breakfast: 2 eggs 2 slices turkey bacon (can't wait to get some riccotta cheese so I can make mock french toast!)
    snack: salad
    lunch: bbq grilled chicken
    snack: turkey pepperoni
    dinner: grilled szechuan chicken and broccoli
