65 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0 mph with a cross country incline program -- totaled a little over 3 miles with 650 calories burned.

hey hey it's me! I'm counting the bouncing around I did tonight as dancing. So that'll equal at least 2 miles. I was there from 6:30 til 10ish....but I wasn't bouncing
the whole time
