    Okay this is why I have to exercise first thing in the morning!

    I did not get anything done yesterday when I got home from work we had people in and out of house and they would not leave. We ended up feeding some dinner and it was just nuts till like ten!!

    Then once again I did not get up early enough to walk. I will just do stairs during lunch.

    I did 70 minutes on the treadmill this morning and 25 minutes of strength training - upper body.

    I don't like putting 43 for my age in the treadmill instead of 42.

    I'd like to kick off a challenge (Because it worked before for me)!

    Let's see what kinda steps you can turn in each day for a week. Let's start Sunday so everyone will have a chance to get on board. We will post daily reports here!

    Just got back from Curves and was all ready to mow and the mower won't start. grrrrr. Now I'll have to do it tomorrow.

  • 45 minutes elliptical

    35 minutes treadmill

    10 minutes strength training - lower body
  • Did Taebo this morning, and plan on doing some yoga a bit later .
  • 65 minutes treadmill today for me.
  • So I'm way behind on logging on this. As is everyone else (hee hee). Who turns this into a sticky for us?


    Yesterday I did 60 minutes treadmill and then a 50 minute walk with my husband last night.

    Today I did 70 minutes treadmill and 15 minutes strength training.

    Hockey, you are such a dynamo. It is so nuts right now I just can't seem to find the time and energy for a real work out. I am getting extra steps in where I can and am loosing 'cause I being very careful but I just admire you and look forward to this nutty time of the year for High School teachers to pass!

  • I just got back from curves. Last week was really hectic so I only went twice, but back on track for at least 4 times this week.
  • Didn't go to curves today because I was gonna mow....well once again the mower won't start. GRRRRRR!
  • Today was 50 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0 mph (finally) with an incline program.
