Judy glad your on the road to recovery with the extra carbs I think when your feeling a bit yuk sometimes you eat a bit more of what used to be your comfort food but when your feeling better you will pick up the pace and get back on track and exercise will follow

and your not using being sick as a reason for pigging out as you would of in the past so that is a big step forward
