Hi guys, how is everyone, my weight keeps going from 299.5 to 303 over the past few days, I know your not supposed to weigh yourself each day I just can't help it. It is like the scale calls my name constantly then I get so dissapointed with the results. I still have not started exercising and have been doing okay with food but not great. I start my other contracting class tonight so hopefully that will get me out of the house in the evenings when I do the most damage with food. Yah!!! Last night I had baked tilapia with boiled shrimp so I guess I did ok but I can't wait til all my kids eat this v-day candy it is haunting me. I am a junk food junkie!
Goooood Morning, ladies! It was so NICE to sleep in today! We got the day off since it's a Professional Development Day. Means an extra long weekend for me! And since I haven't worked out much this week, I'm going to buckle down today! Going to take my vitamins and get some breakfast in me, so I have some energy!
KcLynn - A LOT of us here have that same compulsion with the scales...including me! Whenever I'm over at my b/f's house (since I use his scale), I find myself constantly hopping on there, and then getting disappointed with the results. Ammi only weighs herself once a month, and has the batteries taken out of her scale...maybe that's an option...or have someone hide it from you! lol
Maybe I will take initiative and this diet seriously starting today, I start class with a bunch of men today, I register for my cruise for my honeymoon today and tomoorow I have to pay the deposit on the clubhouse for the wedding, so reality of the wedding are really starting to set in... I got to get busy. Do any of you know anyone who has lost 100lbs in 8 months and what was their strategy? I know i CAN LOSE 40 IN 2 MONTHS SO i SHOULD BE OK.
