It's really good that you're engaging your daughter in exercise, it will be much easier for her if you introduce her to a healthy lifestyle now. It's hard for me because my parents have always eaten very unhealthy and do not exercise at all, but they don't have to necessarily, because they have always been at healthy weights. However, my mother has high blood pressure now and needs to be dieting and exercising, but she says "I'm not fat, so I shouldn't have to do all that...." anyway, it's good that you're getting your daughter to live healthily!
