I've commited to the December Exercise Goals and posted there - 400 minutes for the month of Dec.

I hope you all enjoyed this time with your families and are getting some calories burnt shopping for christmas pressies. I'm not exercising for a day or two but I will think of you whilst you walk, swim or whatever.
