
Just a quick hello. I've only skimmed the thread, but Ammi--WOO-HOO on 3 more lbs. gone. Excellent! Do you realize that means you averaged 9 lbs. a month, which is 1 lb. more than your original goal, right? Keep it up. When that rotten number isn't what we want it to be it gets depressing, but if we keep on keeping on, someday we'll actually be at our GOAL weight. I'm so glad that you aren't letting it keep you down.

My life has been quite crazy this week and then my internet went down so I have a lot to catch up on. But--I do have some good news...(and no--I didn't save money by using Geicko
)--I am now OFFICIALLY under 300 lbs.
I weighed myself yesterday and it said 297 lbs.
I thought it was because I only ate 1 meal each on Saturday and Sunday. (I just went back to work and with all the crap going on in my personal life I just wasn't hungry.
I had to force myself to eat dinner as it was.) ANYWAY--the scale said the same exact thing today, and after I ate it said 298.8 which means that I really am finally down under 300 lbs. I am so excited and I wanted to come share it with you all. It feels great,
and I can't wait until you all join me here. I have to go now, but thanks for listening. I'm sure I'll be able to come and spend some more time tomorrow, but I figured you all deserved to know since you've been such a great source of support for me. Thank you.
