I think this is the most I have ever posted in one day. You ladies are probably tired of me by now. LOL Just love to see what Ellen and Susan are talking about with one another.

Don't really have anything to say either, just really bored. V ended up having to work late so here I am trying to find something on tv to no avail. Think I will just read my book, Eleventh Hour by Catherine Coulter. I like her, she's pretty good.

HIYA CRISTI Every time I come here I have just missed you somehow, I haven't read any of Catherine Coulter's books yet, but I will definitely get one of her books someday. I have so many books right now to read, I like to stock up when I can , not expecting to go through a reading slump, I try to read but I just can't concentrate, I am definitely going through something that seems to out of my control right now, and my medication doesn't help. I really try my best to stay positive and keep a sense of humor about life, but its getting harder to do. I'm a little sad tonight , following the Terry Shaivo story, its so sad to watch , but I have wanted so badly to see something positive happen for her poor family, I now see the importance of having a living will, I would never want my family to go through anything like this. So on a happier note , how did you make out with your border and decorating I can't recall if you had said, if you did all your painting, and got all your finishing touches done. I didn't get a darn thing done, I am so discouraged, all my plans have gone up in smoke so far this year, and its already 3 months gone, boy time flys doesn't it, except I'm not having any fun. The post I made and lost the other night was built around that chubby exercising girl,it was rather amusing , maybe someday soon I will try it again. I think I have Susan all birthdayed out, do you think she's sick of all the birthday posts yet, she got two days of it to, spoiled girl that she is, .Do you have any plans for the weekend, digging up Easter eggs, catching a turkey, doing the bunny hop , anything like that, I haven't ,not feeling well enough, but you know that I tell you enough Sorry . Well I hope your having a relaxing night reading your book, I have been on to a lot lately, I think when I don't feel well , this keeps my mind off how crummy I really feel, hopefully I am not making you all sick though I think I will go check out a few things ,make some tea, take some aspirin and nyquil, I don't they do much , but the nyquil helps me sleep , and thats a little help. Well who knows I may come back again, kinda lonely here tonight, Has any one heard from Jane, its strange without her here.I know they are having a wonderful time so I don't want her back till she's done having fun.

My, my you have all been busy here. I am afraid I have been lazy today. No computing, no housework..just a bit of laundry.
I did make a really good and quick dessert today. It is even diet friendly.

Mix a box of sugar free butterscotch pudding with 1 cup skim milk. Whisk it until it starts to thicken, mix in 8 oz. ff cool whip. Stir in 3 1/2 cups of finely chopped apples. (I used Pink Ladies) Let this chill and it is yummy. It is called Caramel Apple...and it kinda tastes like that. My friend said it is good with peanuts on top..but I preferred it without the nuts.

It is cold and rainy here...not great for walking, so I didn't. I finished the second of the Key trilogy by Nora Roberts and it is pretty good. Will start the last one tomorrow for sure. I have probably 20 books here to read, one other trilogy and one series of 4, plus many more.

Not feeling too great again and have to go back to the Dr. next week. I wish they would just take out my gallbladder and put me out of this misery. Why does it always get worse at night?

Anyway, sorry for no individuals...I can't keep up!

That desert sounds yummy , I think I will give it a try, I really hope you get your gallbladder taken care of, my story is much like the others, I was being treated for an ulcer for a year, finally asked my doctor after no success, if he ever considered it was my gallbladder , he said he didn't because at the time I was I think 26 , he decided to run some tests ,and before I could get them done I was back in emergencey, with another severe attack, and they discovered by bile ducts were filled with stones and so infected they couldn't operate on me till they got the infection under control, I went home for the weekend and was booked for surgery the following week, I had the surgery but the following day, I had a complication, another infection they suspected, and wasn't sure I would come through it, but I did, I don't know why they wait until its at a critical us here went through similiar situations, being treated for something else , I got tired of having attacks a couple of times a week, so I did a little research on my own and low and behold , that was the problem. I was in emergency so much over that year the emergency nurse thought I worked at the hospital, how bad is that, anyway not meaning to scare you, but, they put us through to much sometimes, I have had a lot of surgery and many stories to tell . I really hope you start to feel better , one thing I remember was that cawliflower used to aggrivate the heck out of the condition,and even now that its gone it still bothers me sometimes.

Rocky finally got his that I sent today. I locked myself out of my car at Walgreens tonight. I went on my dinner break to get some Easter candy for the girls and was chatting with Rocky on the cell and friggin locked the door with the keys inside.
Called Doug and he came over to rescue me w/ Rach and her friend.

I spent my time waiting in Walgreen munching on Soynuts - gross.......don't buy them, taste like saw dust.

I know,,,,,,,,,,I eat saw dust all the time - lol......after that I was still waiting and whined to Rocky ...."where I can go to wait now?"

He goes "my love........go back into Walgreens"

waaaaaaa. I can't - I already bought something, I can't go back inside.

So, I went to Subway and bought some gross beef stew- potatoes were still hard and it was cold.

Rocky goes..........."my love - have them warm it up for you"

waaaa - I can't - I already ate it!!

Went to mass this morning, man was it packed! Always cracks me up our a lot of people miss church through-out the year and at Christmas and Easter the place is packed! Thank goodness for three morning services!

Anyway, may be back later to post some and talk with ya Ellen, reply to your post. Not fixing anything special for dinner, just fixing dinner and baking a lemon cake. Not sure if anyone remembers or actually cares but I never cook on Sunday so I guess you could say it is a special dinner!

Just checking in to wish everyone a very Happy Easter. Hope everyone is having a grand day with their loved ones, or just a grand day period!

Ellen~I really like Catherine Coulter, she has some good stuff. I sure do hope you get to feeling better. I did get the wall in the bath done finally but have yet to start on the bedroom. I learned my lesson with the living room so am going to pick my new comforter and stuff before picking a paint color. First it was taupe, then it was a taupe with a pink tint, then green. Well, I am back to the taupe and down to two comforters to decide from, started out with four! I am going for a victorian look/theme in there and am having a tough time choosing what I think will be the perfect one for me. I am waiting for a swatch for the one before deciding. But they both have roses on them and have the victorian look. So we'll see....

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! Mass was really nice. We usually go to the Saturday night service and skip Easter since they are so busy but DS was too pooped from work and V had to work. But we got there early enough to get a seat and it was very nice.

Hope you get your comfortor and things picked out for the bedroom. There are so many to choose from now, that it's kind of hard to pick just one!

A very good Monday morning ladies.

Not much going on, haven't been able to sleep in like I used to so am kind of lost as to what to do the whole day! The kids are getting up early to get ready and wake me up. Funny, because when V gets up at 5 am I don't wake up and he's in the same room. Oh well, guess I need to be out looking for a job anyway. I've got a few places I am going to go apply at tomorrow. Anyway, just getting some much needed laundry done and cleaning the house-dusting and vacuuming. May go out and do a little bit of weeding since it is supposed to be in the 70's

Terri-Lee~never heard of Kalan Porter, what type of music is it? Well, sounds like you guys had a GREAT time at the concert and glad you finally got some sleep!
