Ruth, sweetie, I'm so sorry! Know that the doctors don't always know what they're talking about. I'd get a second opinion on that one and demand that they help you figure out how to healthfully manage the pain. There have to be some options, darn it! Sorry that you didn't get your lovely lunch with Margo...I hope you can reschedule for some time soon. You deserve some girly time!

Sounds like most everyone is having some cool weather! It is a warm 72 degrees here in Redding, CA. and it is just beautiful. I wish you all could be as fortunate.

Did great yesterday with eating properly, but then my boyfriend talked me into having a beer with him. Oh well, today is a new day. I was way too tired to wake up and go to the Gym this morning, but I am definitely going to go after work.
