  • Barb, Thanks for the Creole recipe! I didn't read it BEFORE I made supper, but I made a delicious stir-fry with the shrimp using red & green peppers, broccoli, onions, snowpeas, and lots of garlic, ginger, and chili paste. I love your posts, they're always so informative, and you always go the extra mile to help, Thank You!
  • Got your vibes. I got the Cal. salad, brought my own dressing. There was only about 1/4 tsp bacon, left that on. I didn't even touch one fry. I am so proud of myself. My DD is doing WW she got the grilled chicken & fies. I didn't even look good to me. I am still craving red meat. So, pulling out some lean beef and making me a big hamberger tomorrow for lunch. I can't believe I lasted a whole week and didn't cheap, except for the extra nuts yesterday. Tomorrow is official weigh in.
