The bad news is I gained 1.5 lbs.
However, I was bad and had

yesterday
So I know that that 1.5 lbs is
But hey, I biked for 45 minutes, that is the longest i've done. And that is also the 4th day in a row that I exercised. So it is not all bad and I will eat better this week. And I will continue to exercise.

for sharing that, because sometimes I know I forget that struggling with weight is not just the "fat" persons disease that society and the media make it out to be. I really think tho, before any positive changes can be made, we have to be comfortable in our own skin, and with who we are.
