Good evening all!
Well my evening has been uneventful. Ate dinner (it was ok, not something I'll make again, the kids didn't like it) then sat down in front of the boob tube.. watched some tradng spaces, some food channel stuff, and I saw part of AFV too! I always liked that show and just forget when it comes on. Then Six Feet Under. I can't believe there is only 3 more episodes left! It seems it just started.
But anyway, got the kids in bed and my evening routine done! Did I exercise?? nope.

I don't know what is going to motivate me to do that. But I want to get the results exercise will give me I just don't want to do the work. Does that make sense?? I'm lazy!!
Geri, LOL.. I did not feel you talking about me last night, but I hope it was good!! LOL! I feel so special now, lol

21 mile bike ride????? WOW! That is great! Now I feel really lazy about my exercise habits.
Crystal, I don't need to mop but a good sweeping is in order for tomorrow. I'll try to remind you though!
Julie, bacon cheeseburgers sound so good right now!! I am craving something bad tonight, but I'm fighting it... must fight... must not give in... lol... I was hoping posting woud distract me, lol.
Leigh, how are you tonight? I love over alls for toddlers. I usually buy a few pairs of warm jeans or pants and some thick sweaters and shirts for the kids for winter. Nothing specific just warm stuff.
Deana, not sure about how many carbs you should have each day, I know with atkins you limit it to 20 carbs a day, but south beach you just cut out bad carbs... no white flour or pasta, whole wheat everything, etc. And cut out sugar and such. But definitely cutting calories will get the lbs off so you are doing fine!
Penny, you crack me up, lol. Yes I do need an exercise challenge, can't I just count the flylady challenge as exercise!!? LOL! You want to do the flylady one with me tomorrow??
Ok, I'm off to bed early tonight. I am so tired today for some reason and am developing a headache. I even got that 1 1/2 hr nap in and I feel like I havn't slept in days, lol. And I'm hungry but am out of pts, lol. Maybe its just the junk I ate yesterday working out of me or something. Who knows. Catch you all in the morning!! G'nite!
