I try to limit myself to once every 2 weeks. I do the same thing with Red Robin, Subway, and Safeway (chicken pesto wrap - yum!)

Well ladies I did good today, oldest DH graduated from his 3-4yr preschool class to 4-5 yr old and they had a party and I avoided all the cookies and cupcakes, etc etc!! They smelled really good though!!! I decided to stay home from meditation class tonight to nurse my cough and sore throat and I stayed home from the gym I would have gone but I am just coughing to much. A summer time cold has got to be the worst!! It is finally hot here but I jjust feel too hot like fever!! YUCKYY
