Thanks Tara, it was a BAD night for shopping but oh well...that's why I am dieting right!! I agree that they need more clothes for real people. And that doesn't mean that they need to be "bigger" it means that the thighs, butt and hips need to be fuller and the waist needs to be smaller than it all... just like usual measurements!!! Anyway!!!
I just eat my oatmeal with the water that I use to make it in the microwave. That's it, no added sugar or milk... I usually have a banana or apple for breakfast, but I didn't buy any for the week and have the oatmeal in my drawer.
The day is half over...only one more full day of work before I am out of here!! A lot of exercising tonight to make up for last night!!

Very cute names for the levels
I agree with
I've been doing well so far today, but I ahve to save points for supper. My mom is having us all over for a turkey dinner, celebration of the new baby I think. So that might be a hard one. The breast feeding works well for some people to not get TOM, but not all. I don't know why you want it to come though, such a bother.
To answer your Q- I haven't been on Birth Control since a few months before I got PG with dd. I am still nursing- most likely the reason for the abscence of TOM!
And you are right, my doctor does think I should wean dd and get my body back to normal...but I am not ready for that.
So has the Pamela look left you?
Tara, that's rather disappointing that you'll miss your WI.

Even if you wish it was more, it is still a loss!! I have no real advice for you on how to lose 3lbs in a week. The first time I did WW it fell off in chunks of 2-4lbs per week...but this was not the case when I rejoined after dd. Just be happy if you are having any loss- I have heard that the slower it comes off the more permanent it will be.

On another thread I've been told to eat all my FP and AP and that people usually lose faster if they do this. I'm going to try that, maybe that's what I 'm doing wrong
is unhappy, Diana
