gayle ,i to think your prices are reasonable.
i eat 5x a day yesterdays menu was somthing like this,
oatmeal,diet bread,10 green grapes,skim milk
la lite
la shake,lett-tom salad,apple
pork chop,pasta,green beans,lett-tom salad
la lite,orange
plus the waters.
im going off a pred burst so i havent weighed myself.

I wish we had your weather!!!! It was so pretty here yesterday then it turned very cool today! I think you'll really like using the Flex Points if you need them. Does the kids at your School dress up for Halloween? They did here YEARS ago..but it's not allowed now.

I'm going back to the Dr. tomorrow afternoon for a chest Xray. I know the pleurisy has cleared up some because I do feel much better today. Not well...but a LOT better!!

A teacher who used to teach at my School (they moved away to another State) will be airing on "Trading Spaces" tonight at 7:00. How exciting huh?

Thank you for the advice on the paintings, I'm still tossing a price around. Some of the crafters I visit with feel like to never ever underprice yourself...you can always go down on price instead of up.

Hey Sher, what's the name of the people on trading spaces? It will be fun to watch to see what they end up with. I would want Laurie (I think she's pretty and I love her accent) or Vern to decorate my home. Steve thinks Hildie is "hot" I like to call her "Hildie-beast" just to erk him!!!

Trading Spaces will be on at 7:00...6:00 my time!! It's Lisa & Mark Harrelson. Their only Daughter's name is Marli. They actually had the houses done 2 months ago.That's how long it takes to be aired!!
It's really going to be neat to watch them since I miss them so much. We worked together for 5 years before they moved (Mark's job). Wayne, the kids & I and them used to go to each other's houses and have cook-outs, yard sales, etc. Really neat people.

I missed trading spaces! We had company show up. I caught a bit of a later show and seen a heavy set blonde lady with a young daughter, is this the family? I think they had on the orange shirts. How did the room turn out?

I'm trying to think of a name to call my painting/crafting stuff, so I can handout cards at the upcoming craftshow. What do you guys think of the name:

Gayle's "Wish you were there" Originals

The Gayle and originals would be in block font and the wish you were there would be in script font. Do you guys understand what it means? Steve actually came up with the name, he said when you look at one of my paintings, you wish you were there. What do ya think, or should I just go with something simple like: Gayles palette, Gayles originals etc?? You guys are going to be so TIRED of me by the time this show arrives!

Sherry, no I never got the money from the company. I know some people have been paid, so there is still hope.

We had a big going away party for Dan this past Saturday. I was up until 1:00 am Saturday morning cooking. I could feel myself getting sick late on Friday, but it was too late to talk to the Doctor. I got a kidney infection and was in awful pain. I made it through the party and took some tylenol pm to sleep. The next morning, I was ironing Dan's uniform and slipped on something in the kitchen floor. Sure didn't know I could still do the splits!!!
I'm pretty sore today.

I'll try to post more later....gotta call the dr. now.

Ramona, you poor dear! Call the doctor and have him check you out! Could the switch in medication cause the kidney infection? I know alot of people really don't buy into it, but I really think drinking cranberry juice helps. Where did you hurt yourself when you did the "splits"? Take care, ok?
When will Dan be leaving? How is he doing after all of the stuff that went on a few weeks ago? I'm thinking of him daily and wishing him only the best in life.

Thanks Gayle. I drank almost a half gallon of cranberry juice over the weekend. I have to mix it with Fresca though because I don't like it.
Dan leaves this Sunday morning at 8:30. Even with everything that has happened, it is going to be really hard to say goodbye. When I turned the TV on this morning, they were talking about 3 car bombs in Bahgdad this morning that killed 37 people. Some of them were National Guardsmen from Alabama. I just turned it off and refused to watch anymore.

My lower back is hurting mostly, and I have a bruise on my arm. Just call me GRACE!!!!

I am so upset I am going to say a four letter word. I just hate it.....Sherry if you have to delete this bad four letter word go ahead but I am going to yell it anyways.......here is the swear....it begins with s............SNOW, SNOW,SNOW!!!!!! I just absolutely am not ready for this. We had snow on saturday and sunday which melted but today we were hit with a snow storm! Everything is cover with about six inches of the stuff! Shelley can I come and visit you?
