    a bit of a plateau lately by letting myself get distracted, but going in the right direction again.

    a year-end update. 3st 3.25lb / 45.25lb total loss, which is within a whisker of being exactly half of my target loss. I've averaged 1lb/week in spite of having barely lost anything in the last 2-3 months.

    so yay! well done me. onwards & downwards (in weight)

    I haven't updated this for ages, but a 7lb loss since last time is rather nice.

    52 weeks since I started doing this & 53.75lb total loss, a whisker over 1lb/week, so I'm pretty happy with that.
  • 2025 aims:
    20% body fat - currently 24.5%
    weight according to BF% - probably about 11st / 154lb (~170lb currently - 16lb to lose)
    10 press-ups - currently 1
    5 pull-ups - currently 0
    run 10km - currently ~5km
