Hi all, jumping in late. I've been maintaining at 146 (+/- 1.5lbs) for a couple of months now and ready to start losing again. In that time, I tore my ACL/MCL and was on crutches through the holidays. I also increased the exercise, and am at the gym about 4 days a week. It seemed like I was just getting into my routine and making some great fitness strides when the injury happened, but I've held onto the habit and dedicated the time to physical therapy, even when I could have done most of it at home. I'm feeling great (sore today) but really happy with all my baby muscles.

Hope to back to running and snowboarding (how I injured myself) at the end of February. Until then, I am an exercise bike devotee.
I've adjusted my overall goal up a bit, just based on how I look/feel right now. I'm pretty close to my goal size and don't know if I really want to go below that. We'll see how I feel at goal. I should be able to hit that goal on my one year anniversary of starting my weight loss journey, April 1. I'm being pretty conservative with my monthly goal, as it's been harder to lose with all the weight training. Which is fine by me. Thanks for all the encouragement and camaraderie.
