topsy81:
to the group! It sure sounds like you have been through a lot in a short period of time! Sending you a big hug!

I have been hospitalized twice for psychiatric reasons, so I know it's no fun.

I am happy that you had the courage to post here. We will support you in any way that we can!
Lisa: I am so happy for you that you have made your decision to move! You deserve to be happy!

Where in the Pacific Northwest will you go? Your options are wide open! Go for it!!!

Did your mom's house sell?
Holly: I also think it's crap that your superiors basically told you that you have to walk on eggshells around your fragile co-worker.

How about maybe the co-worker needs to stop fishing on company time?!?

Anyway, glad to hear he's behaved at least two days in a row. Hope it keeps up! Happy to hear that the growth on your hubby's face was benign. That must be a huge relief! Interesting that now he is on the weight loss wagon! As you said, at least you can be on the journey together. Hope you are getting some nice weather

and getting out on your bike often!
Coop: It's so good to hear from you! I do think my son is lacking structure, but he is too fragile for a job right now. We are just hoping he will be able to be successful at college fall semester. Things have leveled out again... for now... and all is well for the moment. I am slowly learning to take ONE day at a time! It sure seems like your OH's doctor is taking his good ol' time with this Celiac business! At least they have confirmed the diagnosis at this point if I understood your post correctly. What else are they waiting for? It seems as if they would want him to proceed with a healthier, gluten-free diet as soon as possible. It sounds like you ARE getting closer to that though. Please keep us updated.
JesikaBeth: Congratulations on 17+ days without smoking!!!

That is awesome!

Hope you are able to resist those strong early cravings and that you are still going strong! My son vapes all of the time. I hate that he is so addicted to it, but he assures me that it is much better than smoking. Happy to hear that you are continuing to make good progress in therapy. That has always been so helpful to me through the years and through all of my ups and downs. I forget... when is your big cruise planned for? It's nice to have something like that to look forward to!
I have been getting out in our pool lately and doing some laps.

(that emoticon is for you,
Coop!

) It feels good to finally get a little exercise again. I haven't been back on the elliptical yet, though. I need to get back into a serious exercise routine. It is so easy to let the days slip by without getting any structured exercise in. I think I should be okay to walk my dogs again. I couldn't after surgery because one of them often tugs at the leash. Walking with my hubby and pups is one of my favorite natural exercises. Don't know if I've mentioned here that I have a hip injury from a fall I took a year and a half ago that still bothers me often. It is frustrating because sometimes I can't take walks or walk on the treadmill due to hip pain. I really need physical therapy for it (per my doctor a year ago), but I am stubborn and don't want the hassle of more appointments. Anyway, I am currently working with a massage therapist to address the hip pain with massage, stretching, and strengthening with Therabands. The pain is such a nuisance and a hindrance to rigorous exercise. I may need to finally go get it x-rayed if the current plan doesn't work. Anyway, not much else new with me. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
