    Im going out of town this weekend and will eat at maintenance calories for my goal weight (117). This will be an experiment and hopefully I won't gain weight.

    Yeah, I'm on a heavy dose of stuff too and it has killed my appetite. I have shingles (ugh!!) so antiviral, lots of it multiple times per day.

    Oh no! So sorry to hear about the shingles. I heard that can be really painful too! Feel better
