8/10: NWI

8/15: 106.6 saw that coming

This month might be my most challenging ever. Some of it may be hormonal fluctuations (stopped BC for health) and new antibiotics I am taking to treat my tummy issues. Of course it also might be the 2 weeks of too much eating out and ice cream slips. I plan on seeing this week through with my usual eating and deciding next week if I need to go back into pure protein mode to hit keto again.
