got my serious exercise head on at the moment - been again tonight... I will get into the 12 stone range! 



way to go Tulip Fairy!!!! Excellent start to the day I have postponed my start as I intend to walk to work
which is 4 miles we have a shower at work and I will take my breakfast with me (I usually do). I haven't started it yet as I'm still on p/t hours and I would have to catch public transport home which is iffy at the best of times
so I'm driving at the moment w/c 21 I think that's when I've geared myself up for it!


I am going to try that too.

spinning missy moo moo well done - it's something I can't do because of my knees.... TF it's exercising on a bike very cardio good fun if you can do it.

so much so that i'm gonna head upstairs and get on my treadmill..something i have'nt done for weeks
well, i have'nt been able to anyway due to the fact that i've been on holiday in England for the past 5 weeks
but i'm psyched now (thanks to you) and i'm ready to shift some blubber again.
All this talk of Alcohol abstainance (or lack of it) and i'm VERY GUILTY too
made me think that perhaps we should limit ourselves to ONE drink per day? I was thinking something along the lines of this :-
