    I gained 0.8 LBS I don't understand... I have been so good this week with my food and I excersized so hard! It appears I may have this little bump speed bump I am having trouble with before I finally hit the 170's.

    Maybe it is... I feel like I have been stuck trying to get into the 170's for a few weeks now, but I am not giving up.

    Hang in there, I had this same problem then I just started tweaking what I was eating and finally figured it out so far.

  • I changed my goal weight by one pound. I would love to be in the teens by July 4th!! I hope I can squeak out losing an extra pound.

    Becs, When you exercise a lot your body retains water to repair the micro tears in your muscles. You'll probably get a day with a woosh soon!
