I am enjoying reading all of the threads on this forum. I have been a lurker for 3 weeks since starting IP at my doctors suggestion. I have done well following the plan till this last weekend. My son graduated and all of the food selections had already been done. So I added in a lettuce salad and veggie trays but still caved and had macaroni salad and other carbs (yes I had the cake).
