100 Days of Exercise Challenge

  • 1. 30 minute walk
    2. 30 minute walk and 25 squats
  • As of today I'm at 10% of goal to challenge 100 days! Now to just do that 9 more times... Piece of cake!

  • WOOOOO, I am feeling it for sure! And I LIKE IT!
  • Oooh can I join in? I tend to fall off the wagon after 10 days or so.
    Saturday 6/8 walked an hour
    Sunday 6/9 walked 50 minutes plus hiked 1hr
    Monday 6/10 walked 50 minutes in the morning/10 minutes at lunch/30 minutes at night.
    Tuesday 6/11 walked 1 hr in the morning/10 minutes at lunch/Hopefully get another 30 minutes in tonight. Also lifted 4 sets of 10lb weights.
    6/12 1 hr walk in morning, 10 minutes at lunch, 30 minute walk tonight and yesterday I did the Leslie Sansone you tube as it was raining.
  • Day 7: 15 minute jog, 30 minute brisk walk
    Day 8: 30 minutes cardio, 15 minutes abs, 15 minutes yoga (and yep, still hate yoga!)
  • Day 6. Walked 35 minutes in morning and walked atleast 3 hrs in the day with my daughters field trip.
  • I haven't lost an OUNCE. I have been at it for 13 days, eating on plan (WW), and may have GAINED?! It totally makes me want to not work out!!

    Drink more water and make sure you are getting enough calories in. Those were my two things that held me back. Once I corrected that, problem solved!

    I had this problem last week. I was really disheartened and took a day off exercise. The next day, big loss. Coincidence?
  • I'm feeling guilty that I haven't exercised in two days now. Getting back on track tomorrow.

    Today I did spend 4 hours following my 16-year old around the mall. Does that count? I should have worn a pedometer. I'm sure I walked miles and miles...
  • SHT yes it counts!
  • After a bout of morning sickness symptoms (sigh...not pregnant ) I exercised today after a three day break. So...day 9 down. 15 minutes jog, 28 minutes walk. Actually, probably more jog, but I wasn't counting during that time frame, so I will only count what I know.
  • I EXERCISED TWICE TODAY!!! It's like a miracle
