This weekend was a tough one for me. I thought I actually behaved rather well, but as of Monday morning I was at 169.2 (Tontus, we were twins!). I know it has to be something I ate or drank having me retain water, because there is no way I gained 2.5 pounds on Sunday!
I'm down .5 pound today, but it gets tiring to spend the entire week recovering from what I did on the weekend. Especially when I thought I was pretty good! I'm pretty sure it's due to having a cocktail on Sunday. It seems like every time I have a drink my weight skyrockets. Seriously? One drink? Bah!
Well, here's to hoping I end the week at least where I was last week
