Another newcomer to this thread. I started my diet on March 11 (same day I quit smoking), and I weighed 190. Took me a day to get to the 180's
and another 7 weeks to get to the 170's. I just arrived in the 160's a few days ago (getting here took about 6 weeks). This morning I weighed in at 168.25. My next mini goal is to get to the 150's.
Rosslyn: Glad to see you finally made it past 171. Did the scales just jump from 171 to 164.3? Wow...how often do you weigh yourself?
Tontus: If your 3-year old niece is anything like my kids were when they were 3, you'll get plenty of exercise when she's around. My kids are now adults (30 and 32) and I miss having little ones around.
