I completed Ripped in 30 yesterday. Whew, it was tough!
My results with RI30 weren't as dramatic as what I saw with 30DS, but I'll take it. I can definitely tell that I toned up a lot.
Weight lost: 5 pounds
Inches lost:
Chest - 0.5 inches
Waist - minimal change
Gut - 0.5 inches lost
Hips - minimal change
Thighs - minimal change/0.25 inches
Arms - no change
