    Day 16: exercised (run) The weather did get nicer (cold, but clear) so I finally went for my first run since being sick. Can't believe I've been doing this since december 26th! Keeping focused on 3 weeks at a time is so much easier.

    Well, if I'm being brutally honest, the size 7 jeans are so old and out of fashion I probably shouldn't wear then if/when they do fit again. Oh well!

  • Hello, I'm new here and this looks like a fun challenge. I will challenge myself to not eat after 9pm. I would say it's level 3 for me, as late night snacking has always been my downfall.

    It's already well after 9pm where I live so I will check in again tomorrow and let you know my progress.

  • Hehe, thanks! This thread (and the pervious one) motivated me so much. I really doubt I would have stayed on track like that by myself. So, I decided today I'm going for a 2nd round!

    I'm going to do 2 goals this time:
    1) Exercise everyday (no pauses yet again! Feel the burn!)
    2) Eat less than 1500 calories everyday (3 pauses)
    I'm trying to stay in the 1200 - 1500 calorie range, but I've been going over a bit recently... If I could stay closer to the middle of that range, that would be great. I'm going to give it my best shot!

    I *think* I'm starting to get shin splints on my left leg again. Pooooooooooop. It happened to me three years ago, too, when I was running a lot (lol, surprise!).

    I know I have to back off on the running 100% for a while, or it isn't going to heal. I'll have to rely on the elliptical for my more intense cardio until it gets better.
  • I'd like to join if I can.... 21 days of doing some kind of exercise on purpose and drinking water, one full water bottle a day min....I've been off exercise for a while and not checking anything and it shows! So today is Monday Jan 21, so day 21 is Feb th3 10th, a Sunday....
