    I totally didn't want to work out today (it's icky humid here and it's making me crabby) but I did, and it felt great.

  • I'm still maintaining my exercise routine. For the first time last night I power walked for 2.5 miles or for 45 minutes and although I was sweating like crazy I was not out of breath at any time!

    Going to push for 3 miles or just under 1 hour later in week! My endurance has gotten so much stronger and the visible cellulite on my legs is 90% gone!
