LOL Poop a unicorn happy?! You are too funny! Thank you, we just finished up our ceremony and photo shoot at that point, so we were happy to have it over with and ready for a cocktail!
You are totally right though, it's good that I'm seeing this emerging pattern and know what's triggering it. It's happened the last two trips, and a few times before that too I'm sure, so I would be a dolt not to see that for what it is; a big old trigger! Grrr! So yeah, that will be a big goal for me this next trip.
As for your date situation, I can relate. Sometimes I have found myself in a place where, rather than force it, I just chose to stay in and "play it safe". I don't know that I've ever regretted it, but I'm sure I might have had I gone out and overdid things.



It seems since summer began, my calorie burn has dropped so I will need to adjust for that. I am also still adjusting to a new medication and am having some bloating. Anywho, back to basics it is!
