    Please include me. Today I am at 200 and will update closer to start date. I just finished reading the book and actually started tracking this morning so finding this thread is just perfect.

    Honestly, if I just see the challenge through (with or without weightloss) I will feel like such a success.

    Since I haven't been working out I am doing BL 30 day jump start plan. I promised myself if I do it for 30 days then I will join a gym.

    What you need to do on the sign up challenge page is post your starting weight by midnight on Wed. August 22nd
    Then we divide all the people that have signed up into 2 teams red & blue.
    You are encouraged to post each week on your teams chat thread. You also need to weigh in each week. You are given two 'freebies', because life happens.

    If you have any specific questions, please let me know.
