    Weight last Monday morning: 186.0

    So I lost almost 7 pounds this week! Wahoo! (I know most of its water weight, after all I just started last week... But it's still nice to see the scale drop so much)
  • I'm in!! Can't wait to see us all reach our goals!

    This diet is new but its going well. (WW) I'm so psyched!

  • One more full day till weigh in ....... I am scared. Had to be at a luncheon today and don't think I did great. You know what though....a loss is a loss!! Bring it on!!!!

  • Yippee, I lost 4 lbs. taking me from Overweight grade 2 to Overweight grade 1.
  • Well....not as good as last week, but I lost 3 lbs this week. That is what happens when your off your diet for two days at business luncheons. gotta start taking my food EVERYWHERE!!!!

  • lost another pound!
    from today forward i plan to weigh biweekly on sun and thurs. i used to weigh daily and i've decided that isn't the best approach for me personally.

    and on my 1st biweekly weigh-in I'm down another pound. I'll take that as a good omen.

    diet and exercise is going great. this is my strongest and best week to date since starting.

    this week coming up is going to be a difficult week for me. lots of bday celebrations going on and i'll be away from home. away from my pool and treadmill. away from my routine. wish me luck!
