I'm editing this post to remove a semi-sarcastic response, as it's really not at all fair to take my hormone-induced irritability out on others.

(seriously, I'm on hormone injections and they're making me WAY over-react to things)
I do get a little frustrated though when I read things like this, princesspuffypants. We're all entitled to our opinions, of course, but there is no hard and fast, universal truth to this idea that everyone needs to eat breakfast. It's like the "no eating after 7pm" rule, or the "exercise in the morning" one. I break ALL of those rules, and lots of others, and it has worked just fine for me. And works just fine for many other people. I firmly believe that the best diet plan/eating strategy/whatever is the one that works for YOU - and that is going to be different for everyone.
