    We all need a little motivation sometimes.
  • I'm so in. I was disappointed last week because I only lost 1.5 pounds. But, my goal is to lose at least 10 pounds per month. I'm glad to have the support.

    Two pounds down this month already. I'm off to a good start, which is a relief after the disaster that was March. I'm not expecting to drop a pound a day, of course, but I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts!

  • *sigh* jumped back up :/ why is my body so stuck in this range?? I'm doing different workouts all the time and they're tough! I'm sticking to my WW points too! Grr my legs are sore from jog yesterday so hopefully that's part of it. The difference is this time I am NOT giving up!!
  • Hang in there, bsbgirl. The scale can be stubborn when you're so close to goal, but it will catch up eventually!

  • I'm going to join in too, although I've been at the same place for quite awhile now. But I'm going to give it my all, upped my exercise to daily, tracking daily and when I find a scale, I'm going to start weighing things so that I can be sure I'm accurate (not sure where to buy one in Chile!). Anyhow,

  • I'm in! I need to step it up for many reasons. Besides the health issue, I have a lot of "not so good things" going on in my life right now and I feel like I need to do something for myself, just for myself. Wish me luck!
