  • Monday = FAIL. I took two helpings and I had wine.

    Tuesday

    S~medifast bar
    L~leftover tetrazzini, tangerine
    D~not sure yet, might be Thanksgiving leftovers
  • Wednesday:
    B - oatmeal, flaxseed, pear, walnuts, skim milk
    L - leftover shrimp stuff
    S - atkins bar, hershey's nugget
    D - sweet potato corn chicken chowder
    S - square of dark chocolate, marshmallow
    E - 20 min dog wog 4:1
  • Wednesday
    B~3/4 C pomegranate seeds
    S~Medifast bar
    L~leftover turkey tettrazini
    D~probably chicken curry as I don't have much of anything else on hand
  • Thursday
    B~toast
    S~egg
    L~leftover chicken curry
    S~yogurt
    D~mac and chili

    Friday
    B~toast
    S~egg
    L~? going out
    D~thinking of pizza only because I don't want to cook because my hot water heater sprung a leak and I don't feel like boiling water to wash dishes by hand. We're due for a new water heater to be installed today, but my dishwasher is already full! I know. I'm lazy!!!
