How are you? Doing well
Trying to stay motivated, which, right now, isn't as hard since I have seen this as something of a challenge. Looking at PCOS as an opportunity to, in a round about way, enrich my life instead of becoming victim to it, is a new mindset, but I think it is already paying off. At least for my peace of mind.
What are you working on? Diet and exercise. Huge downfalls in my past that I am hoping to correct.
How was last month? Not great. I was waiting to have my LapBand fixed and hating every minute, avoiding every mirror, and falling prey to all my favorite comfort foods and sticking with all my bad habits.
How's your PCOS management going? It's all new, so I'm not really sure. I'm not on Metformin anymore (only because I can't take any pills bigger than aspirin), so I have definitely seen a slow down in weight loss. When I had the band fixed, I dropped 6 pounds in the first 2 weeks and didn't even realize it. Now, I think I've lost 4 in the last 6, the scale isn't budging, and it's frustrating since I am working harder than I ever have. I'm looking into alternative, natural therapies to help compensate for not having Met, but haven't hit on anything yet. Any advise? I am open to trying just about anything. LOL

the picture was taken about a year ago when I was 140lbs. I can't believe that 15 lbs makes me look noticble older :'(
