RULES for ME ... agreeing with most of you if not all ... these are good to follow

1~Never have a burger AND fries, only one or the other (even though I pretty much given up beef).
2~Never eat more than two slices of pizza (no meat).
3~If salad is an option, have the salad.
4~No fried foods except french fries (every now and then) or a pinch of my fried chicken (not a whole piece).
5~Always eat sitting down.
6~No eating after dinner. (still working on this one)
7~Eat my meals every 3 hours, 7,10,1,4,7 (weekends are hardest, dinner is usually before 7 because I walk around 7ish)
8~Remember to carry my snacks when going out, take water.
9~Log everything that goes in my month in my journal.
10~Do some form of exercise each day for at least 45 minutes.
11~Make sure to get in at least my 8 glasses of water per day.
12~Stay positive and don't get discouraged during the stall/plateau periods.
Oh and stay away from cupcakes and real cookies ... not a good thing for me.
